Ignore the sizing chart and always buy the A. The sleeve expands when the friction of the beads warms the outside and unless you are as thick as a coke can it’s not going to matter. I ordered the A on accident when I upgraded and the sensation difference was crazy. Constant light pressure as the beads tingle every inch going up and down. It not as good as a skilled woman but it was as good enough to make it happen every time.

I don't know how anyone can leave a bad review for a product that does exactly what it's supposed to and doesn't break easy or anything. There are even choices available for size and how it looks which is more than they even need to offer for something that's a replacement. I like knowing that the sleeve will help the Autoblow 2 be the right fit for me especially since the original machine doesn't just come in my size. There aren't a whole lot of necessities that are as fun as a sleeve but since I need the XT I need the XT sleeve. Well I needed it because I didn't really take good care of the original one. So once I got powder to keep it in good shape the sleeve is a 5 star buy. I got the vagina sleeve because I thought it looked the best but from what I can tell they don't feel different. Still really good.

I'm a pretty average guy so I originally got the B size for my new Autoblow. It felt good but something just wasn't quite clicking for me. I switched over to the A sleeve and it made a huge difference. I don't know if I'm smaller than I thought or if I just really love a tighter feel, but the smaller one really works for me.

Nice to finally have a sex toy that isn't one-size-fits-all. Being blessed with girth isn't always a good thing -- I've tried some other toys in the past that were so tight it's actually uncomfortable to use. Finally! It's nice to have a toy that doesn't try to be one-size-fits-all.
